BM: I spend more time with the family.
RW: I love to bake in my free time. My dog also loves when I have a rest day and spend time with him.
BM: No idea. I never calculate the calories that I’m eating. I’m more focused on how many grams of carbs I eat.
RW: Depends on how long the training is! You need to make sure you take in the amount you burn on top of your daily calories to live. For me, on a hard day, that would be 4,000 calories, give or take.
BM: Nothing at all! I just enjoy the holidays, good food and a good glass of wine.
RW: Travel someplace without my bike with my boyfriend. We have been to London, Cozumel, Glasgow and a few fun desert locations in Utah, so far. It’s fun to plan a holiday away with him after spending so many months apart.
BM: I look for the same data, only the watts are normally higher mid-season.
RW: Oh boy, I leave those numbers to my coach.
